I can't believe I have lived in the Bay Area for so long and have never had this coffee. If I could go back in time, I would spend every day studying at this cafe! Not only is there often plenty of seating but the experience is also extremely friendly. I do have to say that during the weekends there is a line, and it can get a bit crowded, but for me, that was just proof that it was a great coffee place. Now for the coffee -- I am OBSESSED with their Rasberry Mocha. As someone who loves fruits covered in chocolate, this mocha tasted exactly like chocolate-covered raspberries. I discovered this cafe just 2 days ago and have already been twice!

One of my favorite hidden gems coffee shops. This place isn't the cutest place but it's definitely cozy if you're looking for a place to study or just catch up with some friends. I love that it has an older style do it keeps it less crowded. My favorite drink is their banana latte delicious!

So grateful we have independent coffee houses in downtown Los Gatos! Coffee Roasting has been an institution since the 1980s. Good: - The food is amazing. Pastries, muffins, etc and also fresh-made items like the egg bagels. - Plenty of seating inside and out. - Evening music was a great add! Improve: - The bathroom is always a mess. Sink is tearing away from the wall, soap dispenser leaks, paper towels all over floor, graffiti left untouched.

To all who have enjoyed the coffee and more! Teri, the founder, introduced me reluctantly to a blend of coffee as she made the first pot in the Steamers Seafood Grill (sorry, Matulich's, I am drawing a blank; we locals just called Steamer's), and I was won over at that moment. I shared with Terry that it was the first cup of coffee I had tasted that was good!! By the way, that first cup was a blend of Sumatra, French Roast, and Columbian. Keep on going !!
